This nine story office and retail development on the corner of Finsbury Square, within a conservation area in the London borough of Islington.
The provision of open floorplates and the clear demarcation between office entrance and retail space at ground level are the primary organising factors for the redevelopment of this sensitive corner site. The stone cladding to the main facades is articulated to make explicit the contemporary nature of the panellised curtain walling that supports it.
