Office in Solihul, England at Constructed stage in 2003
This 10,590 sq.m three-storey office building was designed specifically for the client for occupation by Transco.
Designed as a pavilion set within landscaped grounds, the building features a highly glazed façade enclosing an exposed precast concrete structure open to the office areas. A chilled beam air conditioning system provides tenant flexibility whilst the central atrium provides good daylighting and a social focus for the building.
The building won a BCO award in 2004.
